Alycia Debnam-Carey has starred in television shows including Fear the Walking Dead. When she was just 8 years old she began acting at the age of 8 in Sydney, Australia. Martha's New Coat was her first role in acting. Her TV debut on the set of an episode of the TV series McLeod s Daughter. Her debut major role was her recurring role in the Sci-Fi television series The 100. The show was based on a series of novels with similar titles. The character she played was the role of Commander Lexa an imposing head of the clans. Reviewers have been highly acclaimed of the series and she has received numerous nominations and prizes. Jigsaw Girl & The Branch were also short films she starred in. In the film based on found footage of a catastrophe Into the Storm she made her debut in a feature film. Though the film was not well received by the critics, it performed exceptionally well with regard to commercial performance.
